An exclusive preview of 'Little River' for you
The first song from my upcoming EP 'Cloud Walking'
Hello, and welcome to my newsletter 2.0. This may look a little different to some long-time subscribers. I’ve just moved platforms to Substack - it has lots of extra features, which I hope will make this newsletter more exciting and interactive.
I can now share audio and video clips with you, meaning I can give you exclusive content (such as music and field recordings) before it’s shared more widely. If you fancy it, you can also add comments to the newsletter, vote in polls I share and interact with other subscribers.
As a thank you for following my newsletter, I’m excited to share with you a sneak peak of my upcoming song ‘Little River’. I hope you like it 😊
The full song is coming out on Thursday 17th October (less than 3 weeks away… wowee!) and is the first song to be released from my new EP ‘Cloud Walking’.
If you’d like to listen to ‘Little River’ on release day, pre-save it now. By doing this, the song will be added to your Spotify, Apple Music or Tidal library as soon as it’s available, and it also helps encourage that pesky algorithm to share my music with new audiences. Pre-save here.
If you’re a vinyl lover, I’ll be releasing the full EP on vinyl. The pre-order link will be live soon.
If live gigs are your jam, details of my EP launch will be out soon. For now, if you’re based in Margate or fancy a trip to the seaside, my band and I are playing there on Sunday 6th October at ARK, as part of Daylight Music’s lovely afternoon gig. Grab a ticket here.
I’m so excited to share this new music with you, as well as the story behind it (more to come soon!)
For now, I’d love to hear from you! Please do let me know your thoughts about the preview of ‘Little River’ in the comments.
Take care,
Alice

Really nice little preview to your new song, Alice and can't wait for the full EP, and the record to be released!
